<p><strong>Full Description: </strong> Adamo Estates was instructed to carry out Contract Administration and project management duties for a full-scale refurbishment and extension of a ground floor flat based in Hampstead.</p>



<p>Adamo Estates prepared the contract documentation and assisted in preparation of the Contract Specification.</p>



<p>Post contract Adamo Estates carried out regular site visits and certified payments to the contractor whilst keeping the Client informed of progress at all times.</p>

<p><strong>Full Description: </strong> We were instructed to prepare an Expert Witness report by the homeowner when a dispute with the Contractor arose in relation to building costs and unfinished work.</p>



<p>We prepared a report which complied with the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35 and appropriate protocols.</p>



<p>As a result of our report the homeowner has been able to launch a strong legal case against the appointed Contractor.</p>
