Full Description: Adamo Estates was instructed to carry out Contract Administration and project management duties for a full-scale refurbishment and extension of a ground floor flat based in Hampstead.
Adamo Estates prepared the contract documentation and assisted in preparation of the Contract Specification.
Post contract Adamo Estates carried out regular site visits and certified payments to the contractor whilst keeping the Client informed of progress at all times.
