places us in a good strategic position to truly uncover the risks of the development and make
our client aware of those issues whether they are a private lender, investor, funder or
stakeholder. We then work closely with the developer with regards to finding solutions and
ensuring the funder’s position is not jeopardised. Our in-house team of surveyors are on hand
to support with the monthly drawdown requests and design review.
