valuations and retention.

regards to which contractor they should enter into a contract with.
Our Contract Administration services are broken down as follows (Post
Contract)
Conducting site visits to check the contractor’s monthly valuations; cross referencing
the percentage claim to the amount of work undertaken and reviewing on site.
Drafting and issuing monthly payment certificates in accordance with the contract and
notifying the client of any variations to the works.
Preparation of monthly cost reports – ensuring that the budget is adhered to and
providing cash flow forecasts.
Chairing monthly site meetings – Ensuring items to be completed by the relevant
parties are concluded including preparation and circulation of the meeting minutes.
Separate design fees with CA fees.
