Adamo Estates prepared the contract documentation and assisted in preparation of the Contract Specification.
Post contract Adamo Estates carried out regular site visits and certified payments to the contractor whilst keeping the Client informed of progress at all times.

Adamo Estates issued a report clearly advising of assets value as an investment and provided long term development strategy for the site which included design feasibility and massing concept indicating the amount of units likely to be achieved through planning.

Full Description: Adamo Estates was instructed to provide a report on the fire damage to specific units. The building had been in the press due to the fire spreading throughout one particular unit, with surrounding flats suffering from extensive smoke damage.
We provided succinct, professional advice to the leaseholders, which enabled them to move forward in bringing their properties back to the habitable standard they were used to.

Synopsis: We were Instructed to Act in the Capacity of an Expert Witness.
Full Description: We were instructed to prepare an Expert Witness report by the homeowner when a dispute with the Contractor arose in relation to building costs and unfinished work.
We prepared a report which complied with the Civil Procedure Rules Part 35 and appropriate protocols.
As a result of our report the homeowner has been able to launch a strong legal case against the appointed Contractor.
